Our business services are designed for proactive IT management, ensuring your systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. A monthly subscription provides consistent, dedicated support, allowing you to focus on your core operations without IT worries.
Subscription Benefits:
Your subscription covers the labor involved in:
- Troubleshooting Devices: Diagnosing and resolving issues with covered equipment.
- Setting Up Devices: Initial installation and configuration of new or replacement devices.
- Modifying Devices: Adjusting configurations, settings, or software as needed.
- Repairing Devices: Labor for fixing issues, though the cost of physical parts is not included.
Important Note: The subscription covers labor only and does not warranty any devices or cover the cost of physical parts.
What is a "Device"?
Each "Device" is considered a single, identifiable piece of IT equipment requiring active management and support. Examples include:
- Physical Computers (Desktops, Laptops)
- Virtual Computers / Virtual Machine Instances
- Physical Servers
- Virtual Servers
- Network Switches
- Network Routers
- Wireless Access Points
- Firewalls
- Network Attached Storage (NAS) Devices
For basic setups with limited complexity, a switch and router may be bundled together and counted as one device. This will be determined during the quoting process.
Subscription Device Pricing (Monthly):
Pricing scales automatically based on the total number of managed devices under your subscription.
Small Office
1–9 Devices
$75 per device / month
Growing Business
10–19 Devices
$70 per device / month
Medium Business
20–49 Devices
$65 per device / month
Large Business
50–99 Devices
$60 per device / month
Enterprise
100+ Devices
$55 per device / month
Minimum monthly charge of $300 applies. Typical startup devices will include a bundled modem/router/network switch, a printer, and two devices which would be covered by the $300. Pricing includes labor for troubleshooting, setup, modification, and repair of covered devices. Parts not included.
Hourly Support (Non-Subscription Clients & Out-of-Scope Work):
For businesses not on a subscription plan, or for projects and issues falling outside the scope of your active subscription, services are available on an hourly basis.
- Standard Service Rate: $100/hour (1-hour minimum).
A quote will be provided based on the estimated time to complete the job.
Work will commence only after verbal acceptance of the quote. - Emergency Service Rate: $150/hour (billed in 15-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum).
For urgent issues requiring immediate attention without waiting for a quote.
Residential Services Pricing
For home users needing reliable and efficient IT support, services are offered on an as-needed basis, with no subscription required.
